The veranda CHE?HARCHO! opens the season
On April 19, in Gorky Park, under pergolas and umbrellas, the summer veranda of the Caucasian and Black Sea cuisine restaurant CHE?HARCHO!
Dive into the arch of the main entrance of the park and immediately to the right – you are there. It is here that the spacious summer veranda of the restaurant CHE?HARCHO!, designed for 258 seats.
An open barbecue will be taken outside, where chefs under the guidance of chef Ruslan Buya will cook lamb steaks (1980 rubles) and salmon steaks (2,150 rubles) for the whole warm season, and zucchini (290 rubles) and champignons (330 rubles) for them on the side. A tandoor will be installed nearby – there is no way without it: tortillas CHE?HARCHO! (130 rubles) and lamb kebabs (1500 rubles) are a special love. As well as the legendary khachapuri: both those that are classic – take at least Adjarian (720 rubles), and those that are in modern interpretation – with pear and gorgonzola (930 rubles). And the summer area of the restaurant will be decorated with a showcase with desserts: "Sour cream" with lingonberries (570 rubles), baklava (230 rubles), rice khinkali with mascarpone and strawberries (480 rubles).
By tradition, there will also be a contact bar to enjoy the beauty of your favorite city over a glass of lemonade, for example, tangerine cherry (440 rubles / 400 ml) or aperol spritz (740 rubles).
And the veranda will also delight with live performances of artists – right here, on stage, in the fresh air.
